Flower Tote Makeover

Jig was invited to his great friend's birthday party. We needed a quick gift fit for the little princess, so I dug out a bag I made a while ago.

 It was cute before but I never have loved the flower, so I changed it... and what a difference!



I used this flower tutorial for both flowers. But for the new one I added a little felt cutout to the center that is similar to the flowers on the main fabric, and then topped it off with a bubble gum pink ball button I had in my button jar.  We filled it with a couple of pencils, a pack of crayons and a notepad and we were off to the party.
