I went to a baby shower this weekend and sewed up a little gift to give. Of course this was stitched up just before heading out the door, thankfully I got a couple of photos of it. I need to be better at planning ahead. Remember when I made the Scout Book Pocket and I said my brain was spinning with all kinds of other pocket ideas? Well this was one of them. A little things Hanging Pocket Organizer that is perfect for storing little things a baby needs. Shoes, pacifiers, socks, etc.
I stuffed it with shoes, washcloths and pacifier to finish it off.
I used some of the lovely Anthology fabrics that I won from the Purse Palooza competition. I love how this turned out. Here's the back...
Someone at the shower pointed out that this could be useful to this little girl as she grows up too, as a place to store little dollies or toys. Big girls could use one too. In fact, I think I need one for myself. Wouldn't it be a great way to showcase the fabric that I love? Oh dear, my project list just keeps growing...
That is adorable! The perfect shower gift. I just love the fabric you chose! Thanks for linking up to the CHQ blog hop this week and make sure you enter the giveaway! Hope to see you back next week!
