Oh yes I did!

I know, it's just a plain little pillow, but this is big for me. If you know me you know I pretty much stink at decorating my house. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I have lived with these couches for 6 years now and have never had throw pillows for them.  I have mental block when it comes to choosing what would look right, what pillow to buy, what fabric to even choose to make one.  I know this is rediculous, so I bought a pillow form months ago and have been stewing about what to make for it. Tonight I said forget it. I just chose a fabric from my newly beefed up stash and sewed one. I use the Put a zipper in a pillow tutorial from House on Hill Road, that I have heard so much about. It didn't let me down. So great, so easy, so satisfying. The back is the same as the front, and here's the zipper!

Hopefully there will be more pillows to come. Next time I'll try to get more creative.
