It includes a companion pattern to make a Ball Pouch to carry your pickleball balls too. Make your own set in the fabric YOU love. This Pickleball Paddle Cover & Ball Pouch set are perfect for gifting to your favorite pickleballer friends and relatives. You can even make matching sets for your Pickleball team.

Patterns Details

Both patterns include step-by-step instructions with photos to help you through each step and pattern templates for you to print and assemble at home.
The pieces of the Pickleball Paddle Cover and the Ball Pouch are put together using the quilt sandwich method including a folded quilt binding sewn onto the exterior raw edges. It's similar to binding a quilt but on a curve. Fabric covered foam stabilizer keeps your paddle and balls padded and protected. The adjustable strap allows for easier carrying and storage.

These patterns are written for a confident beginner that is maybe a little bit ambitious as well. Remember, I am just an email away if you ever have any questions. Templates are included for most of the pattern pieces but YOU WILL NEED a rotary cutter ruler and mat to cut the binding and the adjustable strap.

Pickleball Paddle Cover Pattern

The Pickleball Paddle Cover fits most standard and thick pickleball paddles. It has a zipper up one side and 2 d-rings that clip to an adjustable strap. It has options for an interior slip pocket or an exterior zipper pocket. You can add both pockets if you know your machine handles multiple layers of thickness well. It comes with instructions to make an adjustable strap that you can throw over your shoulder or wear high across your body.

Pickleball Ball Pouch Pattern

The cute little Ball Pouch holds 2 pickleballs. It easily clips onto the Paddle Cover and you can carry them both on your shoulder or high across your body using the adjustable strap.  The process and techniques used in this project are similar to the Pickleball Paddle Cover.

Putting the binding around the circle at the very end is the trickiest part but I’ve added lots of pictures and tips to help you through it.  The results are so cute, you’ll be glad you persevered through to the end.
