DIY Hulk Costume - How to Sew Muscles

How to Sew Muscles in a costume

I LOVE Halloween!  We are so excited that it is almost here.  Mostly what I love about Halloween is the challenge of making my kid's Halloween Costumes.  This weekend I had a little extra time on my hands so I figured out how to make a simple Hulk costume, complete with muscles. Come see how to sew muscles in a costume.

Meet Baby Hulk

I finished Baby Hulk for Luke!

Okay, so he doesn't have a "Hulk MAD!" kind of face but babies have to stay a little innocent right?

He also got a little matching blanket to keep him snug...or to use as camouflage.

And a diaper too, to practice changing.

I think I need to redraw the baby shape a bit, next time.

And a little tuft of felt for hair.

Big sister Mer showed him how to wrap Hulk up nice and tight so he won't come undone when he sleeps.

And now Luke has a little buddy to sleep with at night.  He even joined us at the dinner table this evening. So cute!

As baby hulk grows up he might need some big boy pants to wear, I think.
