With this pattern you get to make all the accessories to turn a plain white shirt and leggings into a little girls' Rainbow Unicorn dreams come true. I mean who doesn't want to dress up as a unicorn at that age. And isn't my little model the cutest!!
About the Rainbow Unicorn Costume
This pattern includes instructions for making HOOD, SKIRT, AND HOOVES ONLY! Add your own long sleeved shirt and leggings to complete the costume.

- Sized to fit about a 3-4T. A five year old could probably get away with it as well. (my little model here is almost 5).

- The Rainbow Unicorn costume is constructed using white knit fabric for the hood, tulle (small netting) for the skirt and mane, and gold stretch lamé for the horn and hooves.

Fabric and Supplies needed
- 1/2 yard White knit with spandex
- 3 yards Pink Tulle
- 3 yards Purple Tulle
- 3 yards Turquoise Tulle
- 3 yards Green Apple Tulle
- 1/2 yard Gold Stretch Lamé
- 1/2 yard medium weight fusible interfacing
- 14’’ of sew-in Hook & Loop tape (5/8‘’ wide)
- 24’’ of Elastic (1’’ wide)
- Small amount of polyester stuffing
- “Stretch” sewing machine needle for sewing knits
- Binding clips or safety pins
- Rotary cutter and mat
- Printed PDF pattern pgs 12-20 (included with pattern)
The hooves might be my favorite. I love how they repeat the Gold on the horn and really finish off the costume.
The cuffs are made with the awesome gold lame and for the hood I used some Activewear spandex knit. Both of these fabrics were very easy to sew. The skirt and mane are made from a variety of colors of tulle.
